Stuart King (@stu_king83 on Instagram) has been in touch with an update on his Mk2 Escort project! 😃
The car has now been converted to RHD and has also been treated to loads of fresh metal on the front end. The upper and lower bulkheads, inner wings, heater bubble, big gearbox tunnel, front floor pans, RHD scuttle grill and RHD dashboard panels have all been replaced. The welding work was carried out by Montescort, in Nottingham using panels supplied by Magnum Classic Car Panels, and Stuart is over the moon with the results.
This Escort is clearly being built properly and hopefully Stuart will keep us all updated with future progress.
