The car is now taxed, tested and on the road.
As I mentioned before Cameron ripped out the original 1.6 engine and replaced it with a 2.0 Zetec lump which is running on Omex individual throttle bodies. With some Retro Ford RWD Zetec conversion parts and a HPE exhaust manifold, this is a proper swap and the Zetec lump looks right at home in the Sierra bay.
Cameron reports that the car pulls very well with its new heart, although he is planning to do an electric power steering conversion at some point because 'its a heavy old bus' (his words not mine)
