Cameron Cook has been in touch via email to show us all 3 cool Fords! 😃

First up is his 1989 Series 2 Escort RS Turbo, which he has owned for 10 years. When Cameron bought the car it needed a full restoration. Cameron’s Dad Dave dealt with the welding and fabrication, whilst Cameron re-built the engine. The car has had a few engines since then but is currently fitted with a 2.0 Zetec turbo lump which produces 300 bhp. As you can see the car does have a few other subtle modifications including the wheels, and the aero catches on the bonnet, which has been raised at the back to help the heat escape.

Next up is Camerons Ford Sierra Saphire which is a very recent purchase. The car was originally a 1.6 carb model but Cameron has already fitted a 2.0 Zetec lump which will be run on individual throttle bodies He has also freshened up the rear axle assembly. Once this car is back on the road it will become Cameron’s SUPER cool daily driver!
Last but not least is a car that’s a little more modern than the cars I normally feature, a Ford Puma that belongs to Cameron’s girlfriend Becca. This car has been built as a budget track car and the modifications include, a half roll cage, bucket seats and adjustable coil-over suspension. Cameron tells me that the car handles really well and that Becca is an EPIC driver on track! 😃
Such a nice varied trio of Fords.

Thanks for your email Cameron and Becca! 👍
