This car is currently for sale and it boasts an awesome spec. Its a 1958 model and I absolutely love the colour! Its had a roof chop, and has polycarbonate windows fitted all round, including the front windscreen. The JBW 'minilte' alloy wheels set it off beautifully.
The engine in the bay is a 2.3 litre V6 lump from a Granada and bolted behind it is an automatic C3 transmission.
This Anglia is running Escort front suspension, brakes and a steering rack, so no annoying steering box setup, and the rear axle is the very desirable 105E Anglia unit.
Inside the very tidy interior the car has a set of Alpha Romeo seats for a bit of modern comfort. The car has a Mini heater box mounted under the passenger side dash and the wiper motor has been moved to the roof area. Im guessing this is because space is tight with the V6 and huge gearbox tunnel.
