THROWBACK THURSDAY!! 😃
In this weeks TBT we are going right back to The Summit Run 2021. It was my first time at the event and unfortunately neither of my old skool Ford Escorts were able to make the trip over to Northern Ireland. Luckily for me a very kind bloke offered to lend me his ST170 powered, full group 4 rally spec Mk2 Escort that he likes to call 'Angus', to take on the run through the countryside and over the mountain with Barry as my co-driver.
It was hands down the best time I have ever had behind the wheel of a car and I will never forget it.
To top off an EPIC day I got the chance to go for a passenger ride with rally legend Frank Kelly, in his 360b bhp Millington powered ultimate spec rally car that he likes to call 'Baby Blue' and this was hands down the best time I have ever had in the passenger seat of any car!
