I went down to meet Garry Bull to check out his lightweight, V8 powered carbon fibre clad 'Mk1 Escort', which isn't your average build by any stretch of the imagination.
I also got a chance to check out his company that he runs with Wayne, that manufactures carbon fibre parts for Mk1 Escorts AND classic Minis (with more stuff coming in the future).
It was such an EPIC day and it was great to see how much work goes into making carbon stuff. . . . . oh and I got to wave my camera at some super cool American hot rods too! 👍
