I have yet another update for you from Chris Kember @ Clumpfab about my latest more-door Mk2 Escort project! 👍
Once Chris had cut away the outer arch on the passenger side, it was clear that the inner arch was very rusty. With the outer arch out of the way though, he had enough access to weld in the new inner arch repair panel. After a coat of epoxy primer the outer arch was then welded on and also protected with epoxy primer.
