'Maude' my moredoor Mk2 Escort got a brand new set of spring shackles recently, which meant the job of replacing her leaf spring polybushes was finally complete. I also managed to solve an issue with her steering rack (i think) with a humble washer! 👍
Unfortunately though, her new welded diff was in fact an 'atlas' one rather than an 'English' one so I had to go back to the drawing board with that side of things! 🙁
In other news I have been scratching my head even more with regards to the cam buckets for 'Esther' my ST170 powered Mk1 Escort, and following some advice from you guys I have purchased a micrometer to try to get the valve clearances super accurate. 👍
