I recently fitted a new cam belt to 'Maude' my more-door Mk2 Escort as well as a new water pump, and an adjustable vernier pulley on the exhaust cam.
Some would say a cam belt job should be left to the professionals but if I can do it, anyone can! 😃
I also switched out the main jets on 'Maude's' bike carbs which will HOPEFULLY make her run a bit better at the top end. This was done at home on the dinner table because my beautiful girlfriend Caterina Ferrara LOVES it when I bring dirty engine parts home! 😃 (she doesn't)
