Dad's Mk3 Escort @ Clumpfab update! 😃
Fabrication genius Chris Kember @ Clumpfab has now completed the welding work on my Dad's Mk3 and he has sent over these pics.
The drivers side rear arch needed some small sections replaced in the bottom corners of the inner and outer arch.
The drivers side sill rust turned out to be just surface rust and Chris has ground it back, and used some rust treatment on the area.
On the passenger side a small section of rust on the bottom corner of the inner rear arch has been cut out and replaced with fresh metal.
As you can see from the pics Chris @ Clumpfab is an artist when it comes to metal work with repair sections made from scratch with his own hands!
As expected, Im over the moon with the work that Chris has done on my Dad's Mk3 and I highly recommend anybody that needs any sort of rust repair or welding done should contact Clumpfab straight away. Not only does he have mad skills but he is always positive about what he is doing and has a genuine passion for restoring cars!
