Tommy Furness of Tommy's Totrods @tommystotrods created the worlds first drivable 1/2 scale Mk1 Escort, and then he repeated the process to make the worlds first 1/2 scale Mk2.
He now sells these cars (and bare shells for other builders) all around the world.
