I have a full pre-preg carbon fibre bonnet for sale for a Mk1 Escort, as previously fitted to 'Esther' my ST170 powered Mk1 Escort.
Weighing in at less than 2kgs this panel offers a HUUUUGE power to weigh ratio benefit and will make your car go faster.
The bonnet is already cut out ready to accept aero catches (not included) which means the new owner doesn't have to go through the nerve racking process themselves.
As expected from a used bonnet there are some minor marks etc but it still looks lovely and shiny with its gloss UV resistant lacquer finish.
Unlike some other inferior carbon fibre parts on the market this is 100% PRE-PREG carbon fibre, which is the proper stuff as used in Formula 1 etc. Brand new these bonnets are £895, but I am selling this one for £500.
