Recently the DVLA released the results of a survey that was carried out earlier in the year, about the way classic cars are registered, in particular modified classics.
In my latest #mhnews video, I took a look at these results, and I can't help thinking they are essentially just trying to pre-justify law changes that they have already decided to impose on us.
